Why Michele stands apart from other agents: 1) Market knowledge: Each time we visited a house in a new neighborhood, Michele would share the neighborhood history, mentioning similar homes she'd helped clients with nearby, and would explain how the house compared to others in the area (especially interior quality which is difficult to judge with photos). With new construction, she could tell us which builders had good reputations and which ones to be cautious about. Her knowledge is seriously impressive. 2) Construction expertise: Michele's extensive background with new construction was super helpful, not just for new homes but especially when we looked at older places needing work. She could recommend certain renovations and provide a realistic idea of costs, plus she has an amazing network of reliable contractors. 3) Genuine integrity: In an industry where there are some inherent conflicts of interest, Michele's commitment to ethics was refreshing.
