We started working with Michelle around end of 2021. Being non Washington state residents, we knew nothing about the area. Michelle took the time to explain about the different neighborhoods and, based on what our preferences were, showed us different areas which helped us a lot. As competitive as the market was, Michelle gave us a very honest opinion and kept our best interest in mind, as opposed to many agents we have seen who would just try to get things done quickly. We were actually thankful that we did not go extreme in the first few homes we bid, thanks to her advice. With patience, we finally found our dream home, and Michelle managed to get it for us even though we were not the highest offer!!!
Throughout the process, Michelle was very professional, honest, respectful, and approachable. Being out-of-state buyer, our schedule was very hard to predict, but Michelle and her team were very accommodating. Often time, she had to meet with us on a very short notice for the walkthrough, or having to work on the offer on a very tight deadline, but not once did she make us feel any pressure.
